About Rebecca Hayes

Calm, confidential coaching to support you through break-up and divorce – helping you regain clarity, confidence and a sense of direction. Working with clients across the UK, UAE, and globally.

I Have Been Where You Are Now

Divorce is not just the end of a relationship. It can feel like the loss of identity, stability, routine and the future you once imagined.

I understand this not only professionally, but personally.
I have been through divorce myself.

I know the emotional disorientation, the sleepless nights, the second-guessing and the quiet rebuilding that follows.

My role is to support you through this transition with clarity, steadiness and practical guidance – so you can begin to feel like yourself again.

Coaching is available for both men and women navigating separation and divorce.

The Foundation for Moving Forward

Three key principles that guide how I support you through this transition.

Clarity

Helping you think clearly and make grounded decisions during a difficult time.

Stability

Creating a calm, steady space so you feel more in control emotionally.

Direction

Supporting you in rebuilding confidence and moving forward with purpose.

Guided by Experience, Built on Understanding

Coaching Background

I originally qualified as a coach with Performance Consultants in 2012, building a strong foundation in evidence-based, goal-focused coaching. My early career focused on performance and executive coaching — helping professionals manage pressure, build confidence and make clear decisions in demanding environments.

Specialised in Divorce Coaching

Over time, I began to see how deeply personal transitions — especially relationship breakdown and divorce — impact every area of life. For many, it isn’t just the end of a relationship. It is the loss of identity, security, routine, community and future plans. This is particularly true for expats and those living away from familiar support systems. My work naturally evolved into specialist break-up and divorce coaching — supporting individuals through one of life’s most emotionally complex transitions with steadiness, compassion and clarity.

A Calm Space to Think Clearly Again

While divorce requires practical decisions and forward planning, it also brings powerful emotions: grief, anger, fear, betrayal, guilt and uncertainty. These feelings can feel overwhelming and destabilising. In our work together, emotions are not pushed aside — they are acknowledged, understood and processed safely. I create a contained, calm space where you can think clearly again. We work through emotional overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, stabilise decision-making and gradually strengthen your sense of identity and direction. Alongside this, we develop a structured plan for moving forward — at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.

Lived Experience

Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience. I have been through divorce myself. I understand the emotional disorientation, the sleepless nights, the second-guessing and the quiet rebuilding that follows. This allows me to offer not only expertise, but genuine empathy and reassurance.

Professional Qualifications

Academically, I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and have over 30 years’ experience working within mental wellbeing and human performance.

My background gives me a deep understanding of:

  • Emotional resilience
  • Attachment and relationships
  • Behaviour and change

I translate this into grounded, forward-focused coaching that helps you regain clarity, confidence and stability.
